This coffee is produced by the Women of CESMACH, a group of 224 farmers in Chiapas’ El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, Mesoamerica’s largest cloud forest. Starting with just six women in 2005, the cooperative now supports single mothers and women-led farms. They also lead community health and leadership programs. The result is a bright, tart cup with notes of black cherry and star fruit.
