Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your coffee has been roasted and shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
