Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your coffee has been roasted and shipped, we cannot accept cancellations.
